Sense of Wonder Night

I went back to thinking about what makes me different from those successful indie developers. By looking at the guy who made "The Unfinished Swan," he said he went to lots of festivals with his game. I decided that I should do that. The first one I went to was "Sense of Wonder Night" in Japan. While there, I meet Mike Capps of Epic Games and he told me about the Unreal Development Kit. I told him of my situation: that I would like to make my game a commercial release, but I don’t have the money for the license. He said that he thinks my game is good enough and will give me the license for free. I am realizing that everyone in the industry is just another person. What really cemented this for me was when I meet Steve Wink, who told me that I should go to GDC.
